To agree to the Data Protection Act, clients are able to view and update the information that is stored against them, within the Client Area. All personal and private information is stored within the client area. You are to keep this information up-to-date as well any domain WHOIS records.
Once a service is cancelled, all hosted information relating to that service is removed from our servers, however the client account, of which is held within our client area, remains active. Entries of your data however may remain in possession of VealHost within data backups or transaction records.

Credit or debit card details are not stored on our servers; all transactions are processed via our payment gateways; of which use the highest level of encryption to ensure data transmitted is secure at all times.
